saya adalah korban dari tindakan penipuan menggunakan kartu kredit, dimna mereka memakai nettler untuk transaksi menggunakan kartu kredit saya , saya kesulitan untuk menghubungi pihak nettler pada saat kejadian yaitu tanggal 19 desember 2023 . bisakah pihak nettler membatu saya untuk mengecek data transaksi pada tanggal tersebut .

I tried to open account in nettler but every time they refused my account to open.they dont even bother to let me know the problem .its totally Beulah it customer service have now deep knowledge how to handle client
I cant log in restored my Password
I opened a Neteller account denominated in Naira ( The Nigerian Currency) some days ago but in trying to do a transfer to it from my forex broker I realized I should have chosen Dollar as the basic currency. As a result, I searched online for how to convert my basic currency from Naira to Dollar on Neteller but what I found out was that it is not possible and that the only solution is to close the Naira account and open a new one afresh with a different email address and choosing Dollar as basic currency at the point of opening it.
So I actually closed the Naira account which had isinkommm@***.com as address, and registered a new one with isinkommm@***.com. Both emails belong to me. However at the point of trying to login to the new one in Dollars, the response I got was that an account with a similar profile is already in existence. This was surprising to me because when I closed the previous one I received message of confirmation of closure in my email box so I have been wondering how come the same account is said to still be existing.
Meanwhile I still can't login into the new one I created. I have tried and tried to reach the customer care representatives to no avail.

My NETELLER account is restricted because I did not completed address verification. So neteller requested I complete it, which I have done by sending my address documents to them. But for over 72 hours NETELLER has not completed the verification process.
How long will it take to complete verification ?

I reached out them severally via email, but for days nothing was done.
